Ms. Jolly joined the School of Liberal Studies in 2011. She brings with her rich experience in Organizational Psychology, Management and Communication. Ms. Jolly completed her Masters in Professional Studies in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with special focus in training and development from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Ms. Jolly also holds a Bachelor of Science from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, USA where she graduated with ‘Summa Cum Laude’ (the highest Latin honor conferred upon a student). She also completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Literature from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi.
Prior to joining PDPU, Ms. Jolly briefly worked as a corporate trainer for a multi-national corporation in India where she delivered employee development programs as well as created e-learning modules. She also worked within the University System of Maryland for 4 years during her academic career in the US and was involved in advising and counseling students in addition to leading formal guided study sessions for various courses including Accounting, Business Finance, and Money and Banking. As part of her capstone project for her master’s degree, Ms. Jolly designed, developed, implemented and evaluated a training program for employees of the Office of Student and Academic Affairs at the Universities at Shady Grove, Maryland, USA.
